Touchline Pro ("we", "us", "our") is a digital rugby technical desk scoring platform developed and operated in South Africa. Touchline Pro™ is a trademark. All intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to the software, design, database structure, branding, and content, are owned exclusively by Touchline Pro and are protected under the South African Copyright Act 98 of 1978, the Trade Marks Act 194 of 1993, and applicable international intellectual property law.
By accessing or using Touchline Pro — whether as a school administrator, technical desk official, parent, supporter, or visitor — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Touchline Pro. Schools and clubs registering on the platform must provide accurate information and must be a legitimate, verifiable school or sports club. We reserve the right to reject any registration at our sole discretion.
You agree to use Touchline Pro only for its intended purpose — recording and managing rugby match results. You may not:
Results submitted through Touchline Pro are considered official once signed off by all required officials. By signing off a result you confirm that the recorded data is accurate and agreed upon. Touchline Pro is not responsible for errors in data entered by users. The platform provides tools to compare and verify results but ultimate responsibility for accuracy rests with the signing officials.
All content on Touchline Pro — including the name, logo, design, app interface, database structure, code, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Touchline Pro and is protected under South African and international copyright and trademark law. You may not:
Your school logo and match data remain your property. By uploading a logo you grant us a limited licence to display it on the platform.
Touchline Pro is currently provided free of charge during its launch period. This free access is temporary and offered at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans at any time with reasonable notice to registered users. Schools and clubs that register during the free launch period will be given advance notice before any pricing changes take effect. We may offer preferential pricing to early adopters at our discretion but are not legally obligated to do so.
We aim to keep Touchline Pro available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Touchline Pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to errors in match results, loss of data, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
